Premium Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Courses
Our Lean Six Sigma training equips your teams with a structured approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. The program includes:
- Eight to ten company-tailored half-day sessions with practical exercises, discussions and extensive use of statistical tools supported by AI
- A real-world Green Belt project, where learnings are put into practice by applying a structured approach (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control)
- Personalized coaching and support sessions for students
- A comprehensive final exam and Green Belt Certificate aligned with the ASQ (American Society for Quality) requirements
The course emphasizes hands-on learning, providing guidance and support as each participant applies Lean Six Sigma concepts to their project work. This ensures measurable, lasting impact beyond certification, not just theory – something many other courses fail to deliver.
The price ranges from 1000 – 2000 eur/ student depending on the extent and number of attendees and can be organized in English or Finnish and via MS Teams or face-to-face in Finland.

About me
Over 15 years, I’ve applied Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence across diverse environments, leading initiatives to build robust performance management systems, implement effective strategy deployment and structured problem-solving processes, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
As a Lean Six Sigma trainer and coach, I help organizations apply these approaches effectively and consistently, developing Green Belts who play a pivotal role in driving improvement across organizations. Not just training or certification, but a sustained change in how improvement happens every day.
